Today’s supply chains and product sourcing typically involve a lengthy, complex chain of brokers. Some of these chain relationships have been built up over a sustained period. In the past, they have worked well and efficiently, but COVID-19, the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, and risk mitigation imperatives have shown that true globalization is being supplanted by national self-sufficiency.

When Covid-19 took hold an astonishing range of problems accelerated as the global hunt for Personal Protection Equipment grew dramatically. American healthcare groups put money into foreign bank accounts never to see their money again. The PPE they had ordered never arrived. Containers of products exhibited no consistency with the original samples that had been provided.  These problems have infected all nature of products. And it is almost a truism that if there is a problem in a particular transaction, the root of that problem is always traced to the broker chain.

We are a diverse partnership comprised of three accomplished individuals: Daniel Madero is a successful entrepreneur, diplomat and Venture Capitalist based in the United States; Tim Eynon is also a successful entrepreneur whose first business, The Alcar Group, originated the global “Value-based Management” paradigm and who founded a corporate finance and strategy advisory boutique based in Lugano, Switzerland with partners in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Enrique Diaz Rodriguez enjoyed a career as a senior corporate banker but for the last 10 years has advised governments in Latin America.  Collectively, we offer over 100 years of C-suite contacts and business experience, and our careers have been founded on our reputations for integrity and performance.  We guard our reputations vigorously and put considerable emphasis on detailed due diligence and “Know Your Customer” protocols

These close working relationships put us in close contact with the owners and managers of businesses. Consequently, we are in a good position to connect these qualified buyers and qualified sellers or business owners in a direct selling process amongst each other.

In some cases, we operate as Facilitating Agents, not only introducing buyers to sellers, but also being proactive throughout the entire process to identify and eliminate barriers to success after the Sales and Purchase Agreement has been signed, so that subsequent performance matches expectations.

In other cases, we ourselves, are the buyer of the commodity and act as a direct seller with our clients.  This structure not only eliminates broker chains, buts adds considerably to the ease with which we can negotiate and deliver efficiently and effectively.

In some cases, we are also able to provide or arrange for transaction financing.
