Tim was a co-founder of The Alcar Group in 1983, a successful pioneer in Value-based Management and other specialized corporate financial analyses based in Chicago, USA and which was sold to Oracle.

Tim has provided executive education and consulting services for many major investment banks and C-suite corporate clientele. He served as an adjunct faculty member in the Executive Programs at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management from 1982 to 1994.

Executive with more than 30 years of experience in the Financial Services, Communications, and Manufacturing industries, developing Strategic Planning, Technology Updates and Transformations, Process Reengineering, Product Development, and Other Services for the financial sector, including bank mergers, acquisitions, and privatizations, for international companies in Latin America, Europe and the United States. Marc Schulman is a C Level executive and an international management consultant. As a global operations executive, he has turned around complex, troubled operations for IBM and other Fortune 100 companies as well as many smaller firms. Marc has developed and taught curriculum on Managing Complex, Global Operations as well as People Management and Leadership to operations executives at IBM, P&G, American Express and Boeing as well as at smaller firms.

He left IBM in 2002 to build his own client base. Some of Marc's clients have had great success in the medical services arena. He helped some companies grow by $100 million before their sale, and he served as an adviser to those companies. He has coached and mentored hundreds of senior executives in the US as well as in China and Vietnam. Prior to his corporate career, Marc served in the Navy from 1982 to 1986 and held various technical and management positions in the US and overseas. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Human Resources from the University of Maryland.

Marc has built several companies in the medical services space, and he was most recently CEO of Advocate Consulting Group, LLC with commercial customers as well as the Veterans Administration. Marc and his wife, Jeannie, have seven adult children and four grandchildren.

Scott C. Long, Esquire prior to becoming a member of the Florida Bar spent several years as a staff attorney in employee and labor relations with the American Consulting Group, Inc., in California. Mr. Long has since relocated to Florida and was a former prosecutor in Fort Lauderdale gaining substantial trial experience. Mr. Long earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Southern California and his J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, and is a Member of The Broward County Bar Association, and was a Member of the Construction Law Committee and other construction related trade associations prior to committing his practice to criminal defense. Mr. Long also worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Crenshaw in the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
